    The commentary he makes in this part of the book about how we think that our journey is about getting to the top of the mountain, but really the journey is in every step we take up the mountain. If we only focus on our outcome, we step wrongly, don't take breaks when we need to, and struggle. If we focus on the journey itself, we stay mindful, and tread with determination and caution.
