Have we met in my past life? You seem familiar to me. I too have taught GRI and CRS courses. And ABR, well I was one of the designers and instructors of the original course. I actually was the very first Realtor to receive the ABR designation. (I guess they figured that since my materials and practices were part of the program, that I didn’t need to sit through my own course.) Had a lot of fun traveling the US and Canada teaching that program. We met so many neat people.
