Very lovely concept! The sad truth is that humans beings are often attatched emotionally and may find it really difficult to focus on productivity. Putting this concept to practice will really reduce stress drastically, make enormous time available and produce massive results. Thanks for sharing!

And thank you for contributing. You are correct, as I have used this concept in the past telling long time customers that I wouldn’t be able to work with them in the future. I relieved myself of a BUNCH of customers that were in the bottom 20% but responsible for 80% of my problems. It wasn’t easy. But, boy did the stress levels decrease. 🙂
