Changing your beliefs is the biggest challenge in life. I remember times when my beliefs were aligned with what I wanted to do. Everything was fine. Of course there were “down days” when I didn’t feel good and was reluctant, but generally I was happy to be challenged at what I was actually doing.

Beliefs are a completely different beast. It’ll eat you up and chew at your insides, again and again, sometimes within the same hour! You’ll have to keep writing out or thinking your beliefs in new, creative ways. You’ll have to brush aside that Voice of Unbelief, because it’s not you! It’ll throw you on the ground. But guess what – you can stand up and keep believing and keep moving forward and keep seeing new hope and results!

    • I like your attitude, David. I feel that the most intelligent human beings are those that continually challenge their beliefs. After all, everyone of us has been conditioned with beliefs from our parents and others when our minds were the most malleable. In my seminars I will ask how many feel that the majority of their values, right now, are closely aligned with their parents values. Invariably, 90% or more of the hands go up. Values are the strongest of beliefs. Thanks, David, for contributing. Take care. -Paul
