I’m not sure I agree with this one. There are times when quitting is very liberating and elevating. When I’ve engaged in something that does not enhance my life, over-extends my energy, and/or downright makes it miserable — quitting is the best response! Quitting just because it’s hard — no. Quitting because it doesn’t fit – yes!
